Family-to-Family is designed specifically for families and caregivers of persons with serious and persistent brain disorders (mental illnesses). The course balances education and skills training with self-care, emotional support and empowerment.  This is a 12-week class, usually offered Monday evenings.

NAMI Basics offers education to parents and caregivers of children and adolescents with mental illness and/or serious emotional disorders. The program provides education and support to family members and caregivers.  This is a 6-week class.

Both Family to Family and NAMI Basics are taught by trained family members.
