Family-to-Family is designed specifically for families and caregivers of persons with serious and persistent brain disorders (mental illnesses). The course balances education and skills training with self-care, emotional support and empowerment. This is an 8-week class, usually offered Spring and Fall.
NAMI Basics offers education to parents and caregivers of children and adolescents with mental illness and/or serious emotional disorders.
